Limited Free Replacement Warranty
Giti Tire and Wheel Inc. (Giti Tire)
warrants to the original purchaser, that every new GT Radial brand
radial truck tire will be free from defects in materials and
workmanship. This warranty is limited to four years from the original
date of manufacture. Any tire adjusted utilizing this limited free
replacement warranty will be replaced at no charge if the tire fails
during the first 2/32nds of an inch of original tread depth, due to a
defect in materials and/or workmanship. This warranty is limited to the
respective usable original tread depth, which is the original tread
depth reduced by 2/23nds of an inch.
In the unlikely event that a tire should fail under
normal use and service while the warranty is in effect, the tire is to
be brought to an authorized Giti Tire dealer. The dealer will allow
the purchaser 100% credit towards the purchase of a new tire of the same
type and size.
This limited free replacement warranty is subject to
the terms and conditions as set forth by Giti Tire
After the expiration of the free replacement terms
above (the first 2/32nds of tread wear), any adjustment processed due to
an actual defect in material and/or workmanship, will be adjusted on a
prorated basis utilizing the adjustment chart and claim forms provided
by Giti Tire.
Giti Tire guarantees the casing of its tires for
the first four years from the date of manufacture, or the end of the
first retread life, whichever comes first.
The limited casing warranty is subject to the
conditions and terms as set forth by Giti Tire.
